8 killed, over 30 injured in accident in China
Beijing, Sep 25: At least eight people have been killed and 32 others injured when a bus collided with a truck in China's north Inner Mongolia autonomous region, officials said today.
The accident took place late yesterday in Yakeshi city, administered by Hulunbuir city, the government of Hulunbuir said in a statement.
The truck was trying to avoid a horse that dashed onto the road when the collision happened, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
Further investigations were under way.
