6.0-magnitude earthquake strikes central Myanmar
An earthquake measuring 6.0 on the Richter Scale hit the central Myanmar on Friday.

The shallow quake struck some 40 kilometers (24 miles) west of the town of Pyu, the USGS said. Pyu is located between the capital Naypyidaw and commercial hub Yangon.
No causality or loss of property has been reported.
