#NotMyPresident: 5 shot by gunman in downtown Seattle near anti-Trump protest venue

In a shooting incident in Seattle, US, five people were injured on Wednesday. The horrific episode happened right near an anti-Trump protest rally.

Seattle, Nov 10: Media reports say one man was critically wounded and four others were injured after a gunman opened fire in downtown Seattle on Wednesday.

In fact, the shooting incident happened right near an anti-Trump protest venue.

Anti Trump Protest

On Wednesday, America witnessed several protests after Trump was elected as the 45th President.

According to Robert Merner, assistant chief of the Seattle Police Department, the shooting did not appear to be related to the anti-Trump demonstrations but instead stemmed from "some type of personal argument".

"It appears that some type of argument took place. This individual began to walk away from the crowd, then turned and fired into the crowd," Merner said.

Reports say the suspect fled from the area. The cops are yet to arrest the gunman.
