Beijing, Oct 11: Three people were killed and another was missing after a power plant caught fire in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

A diesel storage tank with a capacity of around 1,500 cubic meters caught fire in Jinglong Power Plant of Fengzhen, a county-level city under Ulanqab at around 3 pm yesterday, local officials said.

The fire has not been put out yet. The possibility of a secondary accident has been ruled out, officials said, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
