US: Manhunt underway after gunman shoots 3 dead in Maryland office park
Prince hasn't been arrested as of now, and a manhunt is underway.
Three people have been killed and two were wounded during a shooting at an office park in the northeastern part of the Maryland on Wednesday. The shooter has been identified as 37-year-old Radee Labeeb Prince.

It is learnt that Prince opened fire with a handgun and shot five employees just before 10 am local time. The two injured were taken to Baltimore's Shock Trauma Center, part of the University of Maryland Medical Center.
Prince is considered armed and dangerous. All five of the victims who were shot are believed to be employees of Advanced Granite Solutions, where the shooting happened, the sheriff said.
According to police, Prince is an employee of the company though that was unclear at first. Prince is also under suspicion for a shooting in Wilmington, Delaware that occured nearly two hours after the Edgewood shooting which occurred at the 28th Street Auto Sales & Service.
Prince was convicted in 2003 on multiple burglary charges. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison, but served only two. According to court records, he was ordered to pay $34,500 in restitution as well.
Meanwhile, Prince hasn't been arrested as of now, and a manhunt is underway.
