Shocking: 2-year-old suffers cardiac arrest in flight
A JetBlue flight, which was travelling from Pittsburgh to Boston, the 2-year-old had cardiac arrest and he was rushed to a hospital as the flight landed at Logan International Airport in Pittsburgh.
The flight declared a medical emergency and was given priority for landing, stated a spokeswoman for New York-based JetBlue Airways Corporation -- Victoria Lucia.

An ambulance rushed to the airport where the flight 1786 landed and a state trooper drove the child's father and brother to the hospital where the 2-year-old was admitted.
According to sources, emergency responders had blocked road intersections to rush the child to Massachusetts General Hospital. The website of the airline showed that the flight left Pittsburgh at 4:19 pm.
Condition of the child wasn't available on Thursday night. The child is from the Boston suburb of Needham.
