The PrashantAdvait Foundation (PAF) organised an interactive session with Acharya Prashant at IIT Hyderabad on 1st October. This session brought discussions on technology, consciousness, and climate change to the students and faculties of different disciplines. This event was hosted by the institution's EML (Extra Mural Lectures) Club.

The format emphasized direct exchange rather than a conventional lecture structure. Director of IIT Hyderabad, Dr Murthy remained actively engaged throughout the dialogues alongside the students and the faculty members. The session began with discussions on technology and scientific observation before moving toward questions of inner awareness and environmental responsibility. The conversation drew connections between external challenges like climate change and patterns of human consciousness and behavior.

Students asked questions ranging from concerns about success to broader inquiries about purpose and meaning. The discussion on climate change explored both measurable environmental data and underlying human factors. "You can calculate carbon emissions and melting ice caps, but can you examine yourself and the endless desires that drive those emissions?" was one of the points raised during the session.
