Sathupalli vidhan sabha constituency is one of the 119 Vidhan Sabha constituencies of Telangana state of central India. Sathupalli belongs to Khammam district in the state of Telangana, India. In the 2014 Sathupalli legislative election Sandra Venkata Veeraiah of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) was elected as the MLA. Sandra Venkata Veeraiah of TDP had obtained 75,490 votes against Matta Dayanand Vijay Kumar of YSRC who obtained 73,005 votes.
