Palair vidhan sabha constituency is one of the 119 Vidhan Sabha constituencies of Telangana state of central India. Palair belongs to Khammam district in the state of Telangana, India. In the 2014 Palair legislative election Ramireddy Venkatareddy of Indian National Congress (INC) was elected as the MLA. Ramireddy Venkatareddy of INC had obtained 69,707 votes against Baby Swarna Kumari Maddineni of TDP who obtained 47,844 votes.
