New Delhi, May 15: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's ruling coalition is confident of a second term but opposition parties are talking to each other to seal an alliance, hoping to topple him after the Lok Sabha elections are announced on May 23.

Since 1989 to 2014, India has had a coalition-based government at the Centre. As the 2019 Lok Sabha polls is coming close to its end, there is a great fear going around,about a coalition of regional parties forming a government.
