How BJP performed in these 10 big states in 2014 Lok Sabha elections

New Delhi, Jan 29: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) stormed to power in 2014 by winning 282 seats in the Lok Sabha elections. It was after over 30 years that any party got an absolute majority in the Lower House. For almost three decades before the BJP came to power in 2014, it was all the alliances which were ruling the country.
