Zerodha, India's largest stockbroking platform, faced a brief outage just as the stock market opened today, leaving many traders worried.

At 9:50 am, users reported that price updates were not reflecting on the Zerodha app, sparking concerns on social media.

Zerodha's Official Response

The company acknowledged the issue in a post on X (formerly Twitter):

"Some of our users are facing issues with price updates on the app. We're checking this. For now, please log in to Kite web on mobile browser. Order placement is not affected. For the equity segment, you can also check 20 depth on the app."

By 9:52 am, Zerodha confirmed that the problem was resolved, and services were back to normal.

Several traders expressed frustration over the timing of the glitch, as outages during market opening can directly impact order placements and price visibility. However, Zerodha reassured customers that order placement was never disrupted during this short downtime.
