Youth sentenced to 10-yr jail for abducting, raping minor
Muzaffarnagar, Feb 20: A local court here has sentenced a youth to 10 years in jail for abducting and raping a 15-year-old girl in 2010. Additional District Judge Manoj Kumar sentenced Naushad, the main convict in the case, to 10 years in jail and imposed a fine of Rs 18,000 on him after holding him guilty.
The court also sentenced two other convicts Nawab and Kauser to five years in jail and imposed a fine of Rs 8,000 each, according to the prosecution.

The victim was abducted by Naushad with the help of the two other convicts and was raped by him in Alipur village in Shamli district on December 13, 2010.
