Youth found dead at BJP MLA's residence in MP

Tikamgarh (MP) Aug 29: A youth was found dead today under suspicious condition at the private residence of BJP's Prithvipur MLA, Anita Nayak near here, police said.

The youth identified as Manoj Dhimar (24) was associated with the MLA's family in Jatara town of the district for last many years and he used to visit her resident off and on, Jatara Sub Divisional Officer of Police (SDOP) N K Parihar said.

According to MLA's family members, Manoj died after he fell from a tree. Though no injury marks were found on Manoj's body, a black spot was found on his back and it appears he was hit by a wooden stick, Parihar said, adding, the body has been sent for autopsy. Exact cause behind the death will be ascertained after the postmortem report comes and a case has been registered in this regard, the SDOP said.
