Yogi Adityanath Reviews Security For PM Modi's Flag Hoisting Ceremony In Ayodhya

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visits Ayodhya to oversee arrangements for PM Modi's flag hoisting ceremony on 25 November, prioritising security and crowd management.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is set to visit Ayodhya today to assess preparations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's upcoming visit and the flag hoisting ceremony on 25 November. During his visit, Yogi will meet with senior administrative and security officials to review the security arrangements and finalise the event's blueprint. This visit follows a detailed inspection of the site by Nripendra Mishra, Chairman of the Ram Temple Construction Committee, on Monday.

The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has decided that on 25 November, Tuesday, public access to the Ram Temple will be completely restricted. Champat Rai, the Trust's General Secretary, confirmed that this event is of utmost importance and involves thousands of invited guests and special teams. Due to security reasons, traffic on Ram Path leading to the temple will be controlled and extensive barricading will be implemented. Devotees are advised not to visit Ayodhya that day to avoid inconvenience.

Flag Hoisting Ceremony at Ram Temple

On the auspicious occasion of Vivah Panchami, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hoist a religious flag at a height between 151 to 190 feet on the main spire of the temple. This ceremony symbolises the completion of temple construction. Alongside PM Modi, several dignitaries including RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, Uttar Pradesh Governor, and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will attend. The auspicious time for hoisting is set between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM.

In light of security concerns and crowd management, the Ram Temple Trust has urged devotees across India to watch this historic event from their homes via live television broadcast. Additionally, over 30 large LED screens have been installed throughout Ayodhya city where people can view the live telecast of the programme.

The significance of this event is underscored by its exclusivity and high-profile attendance. With such measures in place, authorities aim to ensure safety while allowing people nationwide to witness this momentous occasion from afar.
