Yogi Adityanath: Witnessing a New India with Unprecedented Achievements
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath recently shared his views on the transformation of India over the past nine years. Speaking at the Central Zonal Council meeting in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, he stated that both the country and world have been witnessing a new India that has made unprecedented achievements in every field.

The Chief Minister emphasized on how four districts of Uttar Pradesh -- Varanasi, Lucknow, Agra and Gautam Buddh Nagar -- had successfully hosted 11 meetings of the G20 bloc. He viewed these events as instrumental in showcasing 'Brand Uttar Pradesh' to a global audience. The state's rich cultural heritage, history, lifestyle, food habits, law and order situation and technological advancements were presented to international delegates during these meetings.
Progress in Reducing Corruption
In addition to highlighting Uttar Pradesh's cultural assets and developments, Adityanath also spoke about how these gatherings provided an excellent platform for demonstrating strides made towards reducing corruption within the state. He mentioned that they were able to exhibit their efforts in creating a conducive business environment which is pivotal for attracting investments.
Praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Leadership
During his speech at this significant event, Yogi Adityanath took time to appreciate Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership. He expressed his belief that under Modi’s guidance over the last nine years, India has achieved remarkable milestones across various sectors. According to him - "The country and the world have seen a new India."
Federalism through Team India Vision
The chief minister further elaborated on how cooperative federalism was being actualized through Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Team India' vision. Cooperative federalism refers to a concept where central and state governments work together cooperatively while maintaining their autonomy; it has been a key tenet of Modi’s governance model.
