X / Twitter Outage Across India: Elon Musk's Microblogging Platform Down For Users
Elon Musk's X (formerly Twitter) encountered outage across India on Thursday, starting around 10:41 am. This outage adds to a series of disruptions this year that have affected the widely used microblogging service. Throughout the downtime, users were unable to access tweets or any media content on the platform.

According to Downdetector, a platform that monitors website outages, has revealed disruptions to website access. The report indicates that 58% of users encountered difficulties accessing the website. Around 26 percent of people reported that the app was down, while 15 percent said it was a server connection issue.
The exact cause of the outage not known yet, but Downdetector's analysis suggests that it may have been due to a technical issue or server malfunction. The outage affected users across various regions including India, highlighting the widespread nature of the disruption.
Following a brief outage earlier this month, Meta-owned platforms WhatsApp and Instagram experienced disruptions lasting an hour. In March, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Threads also faced a major outage, with users reporting an inability to access the apps for nearly two hours.
