Would have contested from Varanasi, if Hindi was fluent: P Chidamabram

“I wish my Hindi was fluent and I could contest against BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi from Vareanasi”, Chidambaram said.
He further added that Modi would also not like to contest from Shivaganga in Tamil Nadu.
On Monday, Chidamabaram answered the questions related to inflation, economic development and employement, raised by senior BJP leader Yashwant Sinha.
While trashing reports of BJP's victory in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Chidambaram said, “I am confident that the next finance minister of the country won't be of Modi's choice”.
Earlier, Congress leaders Digvijay Singh, Rashid Alvi and Anand Sharma have expressed their desire to contest from Varansai against Modi.
