Rajasthan: Woman jumps into well along with 4 daughters

Bharatpur, Sep 2: A 36-year-old woman along with her four daughters committed suicide by jumping into a well in the district today.

Rasmina jumped with her daughters -- Sajida, Rashida, Shkunat, and Saida -- into the well located around 1 km away from her house, SHO Khoh Police Station Rameshwar Dayal said.

"The bodies have been found and will be taken to a hospital for post-mortem," he said, adding, the reasons behind this extreme step are not clear yet. Her husband Iliyas, a labourer, and parents of the deceased woman have been called at the spot, he added.
