Another woman gangraped in Badaun

, July 5: A 25-year-old woman was allegedly gangraped and injured by three persons in Bisauli area here, police said on Saturday.

The incident took place on Thursday night when the woman was returning home after giving food to her husband at an orchard, they said. When the woman resisted, the accused injured her with a knife, police said.

A case was lodged against Peer Baksh, Tinku and Haneef in this connection last night, they said

Earlier two cousins were gangraped in Badaun that sparked off massive protests across the country. The SP government was criticised for lawlessness in the state and even for handling the Badaun gangrape case.
