Woman forced to drink alcohol, 'raped' by Ola driver's friend in Noida
A 25-year-old-woman who was working with a private firm was allegedly raped by the friend of Ola cab driver in Greater Noida on Thursday night.
It is learnt that the the woman had booked an Ola cab from sector 126 to travel to Noida and a passenger was already in the car.

According to the woman, the driver, Ashok told her that he was with his friend and had to be dropped further. She agreed and got into the cab, she said.
She told the police that the driver's friend - Praveen - never got off the cab and the driver took them to a forest area near Jarcha in Greater Noida. The driver then left them alone and Praveen took the woman to the forest and raped her. The victim was also forced to consume alcohol in the vehicle.
The woman had briefly lost consciousness after the incident. When she came to her senses, she raised an alarm.
With the help of the villagers she was able to reach the nearest police station and file a complaint.
The police has sent her for a medical examination to confirm the rape.
Meanwhile, a case has been registered late on Thursday and acting promptly on the incident the police arrested the cab driver and his accomplice.
