Woman Alleges Rape and Assault in Banda; Two Men Arrested Following Claim

She alleged that Salman took her to his friend's room where he sexually assaulted her and then threw her from the overbridge on Monday morning. She also claimed that Salman had been blackmailing her and that the police initially did not believe her story.

Superintendent of Police Ankur Agarwal confirmed that Salman and his friend have been arrested. He added that it was discovered the woman had gone to meet her friend on Sunday. Upon returning around 4-5 am on Monday, she had an argument with him and subsequently jumped from the flyover.
