Will wait for RSS Christian wing: Cardinal

Thiruvananthapuram, Jan 14: "We will wait and see what they have to offer," the head of the Syro Malankara Catholic Church said on Thursday on the RSS decision to start a Christian wing.

"Its acceptance will depend on what it proposes and what it has to offer. So we will wait and see what they have to offer," Moran Mar Baselios Cleemis Catholicos told the media.

"I am still not clear, so the best what we can do is we will wait, till they express what they wish to do," he added.

In an apparent reference to rightwing Hindu groups, the Cardinal said from what one has seen so far, "one thing is said and something different happens and so let them be clear what they have in their mind".
