Will try to improve Yamuna's condition if elected: Hema Malini

On the first visit here after the announcement of her candidature, Malini said, "I am devotee of Lord Krishna. I will try my best for the development of Mathura. I shall try to improve the pathetic condition of Yamuna," Hema said in Goverdhan, near here.
"I will not disappoint you if I am sent to the Lok Sabha from this constituency," she said. The former Rajya Sabha member was scheduled to offer prayers at the Daan Ghati Temple in Goverdhan, but had to cancel the programme due to huge rush. The actress is on a two-day visit to the constituency.
She is expected to visit Mathura and Vrindavan tomorrow.
