Widows of Vrindavan celebrate Holi
Around 1,000 widows from Varanasi and Vrindavan came together to celebrate Holi.
Vrindavan, March 10: While Holi celebrations began almost a week back in Vrindavan, on Thursday, the widows of Vrindavan and Varanasi came out and celebrated the festival of colours.
Around 1000 widows celebrated Holi at the Gopinath temple and were seen smearing colours on each other. Close to 1,500 kg of gulal and flower petals were arranged for the celebrations. Here are some images from the celebrations:
