RJD's Tejashwi Yadav fumed over the time of Nitish Kumar's swearing-in on Thursday morning which is before his scheduled meeting with Governor KN Tripathi.
Reports had earlier claimed that swearing-in ceremony would be held at 5 pm on Thursday but BJP's Sushil Modi, after meeting the Governor along with Nitish, told media persons that Nitish Kumar would be sworn-in at 10 am.
"Governor gv us time of 11AM and now suddenly has asked NDA for oath ceremony at 10AM. Why so much hurry & rush Mr. Honest & Moral?" Tejashwi tweeted.
"If Nitish Ji is proud of his moral values & honesty, He would not had been in midnight rush to stake claim for govt. Honest man doesn't fear," he said in another tweet.

RJD has 80 seats and the Congress has 27 seats which takes them to 107 seats. At least 122 seats are needed to form a government in 243 member Bihar Assembly. The BJP-JD (U) combine, on the other hand, has 124 seats which is two seats above the majority figure.
Bihar BJP leader Sushil Modi earlier today confirmed that they would support Nitish. The alliance was formalised after BJP MLAs and JD-U MLAs held a meeting at Nitish's residence on Wednesday evening.
