Why Did Terrorists Choose Pahalgam For Attack? Is There Any Message Ahead Of Amarnath Yatra?

Terrorists have killed over 28 people in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam. Several videos from the site are going viral on the internet showing the barbarity of the attack. From J&K CM Omar Abdullah to the Home Ministry in Delhi, all have swiftly reacted to provide every possible help those affected.

As per a victim's wife, there were 5 to 6 terrorists who opened fire more than 50 rounds. The incident happened around 2.30 pm on Tuesday.

The Resistance Front (TRF), a terror outfit linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) has claimed responsibility for the attack.

But the big question that arises here is "Why did terrorists choose Pahalgam particularly for the attack?

Some people on social media assumed that these terrorists wanted to give a big message to Narendra Modi government, after amendments in the WAQF act.

One of the victim's wife also claimed the same in a viral video stating that the terrorist shouted "Bata dena apne Modi Ko" after shooting her husband dead.
