Who is Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to mediate over Ayodhya dispute?, asks BJP leader

The spiritual Guru, who is in Ayodhya to talk to stake holders in the decades old Ramjanmabhoomi issue, met Sri Maniram Das Chavani.

Art of Living Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's effort to mediate over the Ayodhya dispute matter has not gone down well with former BJP MP Ram Vilas Vedanti.

Former BJP MP Ram Vilas Vedanti, asked, "Who is Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to mediate? He should continue running his NGO and hoard foreign funds, I believe he has amassed a lot of wealth & to avoid a probe he has jumped into Ram Temple issue."

Ram Vilas Vedanti, who is a key person in the Ramjanmabhoomi issue, had rejected Ravi Shankar's involvement in the issue. Vedanti had said that Sri Sri Ravi Shankar does not qualify to mediate on the matter as he has never been associated with the movement.

The spiritual Guru, who is in Ayodhya to talk to stakeholders in the decades-old Ramjanmabhoomi issue, met Sri Maniram Das Chavani.

Meanwhile, Mahant Narendra Giri and Dharam Das met with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow to discuss on 2019 Kumbh and Ram Mandir.
