Who Is Rohit Godara? Gangster Who Claimed Responsibility For Karni Sena Chief's Murder
Gangster Rohit Godara has claimed responsibility for the on-camera assassination of Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena chief Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi in Jaipur's Shyam Nagar area. The disturbing incident, captured by a CCTV camera, displays two individuals firing at the Karni Sena chief.

In a swift turn of events, a Facebook post minutes after the attack, purportedly from Godara, a member of the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang, claimed accountability for Gogamedi's murder. "I am Rohit Godara Kapursari, brother of Goldie Brar. Today we take full responsibility for the murder of Sukhdev Gogamedi. He (Mr. Gogamedi) used to back our enemies," the social media post declared. Nonetheless, the authenticity of this post remains unverified.
Rohit Godara, hailing from Bikaner's Lunakaran and reportedly residing in Canada presently, is known for executing criminal activities under the command of Lawrence Bishnoi. His criminal record boasts over 32 registered cases across various police stations nationwide, embroiling himself in unlawful pursuits since the age of 19.
Among his alleged involvements, Godara is implicated in the murder of rapper Sidhu Moose Wala, slain in Punjab's Mansa district on May 29 last year. Furthermore, he is the primary suspect in the assassination of gangster Raju Thehat in Sikar last year, a crime for which he similarly claimed responsibility through a Facebook post.
Godara's entry into criminal activities dates back to 2010, fleeing from Delhi to Dubai using a forged passport. An Interpol Red Notice was subsequently issued against him in connection with this evasion.
Reports suggest his engagement in extortion schemes across Rajasthan, demanding exorbitant sums ranging from five to Rs 17 crore from businessmen.
