When will Acche Din come, asks Rahul Gandhi in Jharkhand
Jharkhand, Dec 17: Taking a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 'achhe din' slogan, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday wondered when such good days will come and questioned why he never talks about empowerment of women and farmers.

"Good days have come only for four/five businessmen, who are Modi's friends," he alleged and accused the Centre of intending to do away with MGNREGA that guarantees 100 days of employment per year to the poor.
"Congress wants to give power to all and go along with all. But Modi never says that people can unitedly change the future of India. He doesn't talk about empowerment of women and farmers," the Congress leader said.
He reiterated his allegation that the BJP was out to snatch tribal lands if voted to power in Jharkhand, though Modi had described the allegation as a "lie".
"BJP will snatch tribal land and give brooms to the people to clean the land," Rahul said alleging that thousands of acres had been taken away from tribals in Gujarat.
Referring to Modi's repeated allegations that the Congress had done nothing in the past 60 years, he said it had done developmental works in road, power and irrigation.
"BJP ruled Jharkhand for ten years but the state remained under-developed," the AICC leader said.
Rahul promised, if voted to power, the Congress would increase the 81-member Jharkhand Assembly to 140 seats. Shikaripara and Godda constituencies are among the 16 going to polls in the fifth and final phase on December 20.
