Indeed's report is based on interviews with 3,005 individuals across India, comprising 30% C-Suite Executives and 70% employees. It underscores the importance of validation and inclusion in building confidence and fostering a supportive work environment. Such an atmosphere empowers employees to thrive and contributes to a collaborative workplace.

The report further revealed that 58% of employees stress the importance of having their opinions and ideas welcomed by colleagues.
