Governor CV Ananda Bose's Scheduled Visit to North Bengal's Flood-Hit Areas Coincides with TMC’s Raj Bhavan Chalo March

Bose, who arrived in New Delhi from Kochi on Wednesday evening, will be flying back to Kolkata early Thursday morning. Without any delay, he will proceed directly to North Bengal for assessing the damage caused by recent floods. A Raj Bhavan official reported that Bose firmly believes that addressing the situation in flood-hit regions should be given utmost priority.

Aerial Survey Planned

The governor is expected to conduct an aerial review of several districts including Kalimpong, Jalpaiguri and Cooch Behar during his visit. After completing his inspection trip in North Bengal, Bose is scheduled to fly back to New Delhi on Thursday evening from Kolkata.
