In the video, the woman is seen stopping vehicles and standing in front of them, causing a short traffic jam. At one moment, she tries to get into an approaching e-rickshaw. Many people around her can be seen filming the scene and talking about what was happening. Some bystanders sound confused and worried, asking what had gone wrong.

The woman, believed to be in her 30s, continues walking down the road as others watch from a distance. Her face is not clearly visible in the video. Due to her actions, several cars had to stop suddenly. In the confusion, two cars behind her were involved in a minor accident when one bumped into the other.

As the video spread online, people reacted in different ways. Some viewers criticised the woman's behaviour and said action should be taken against her for causing trouble in public. Others, however, expressed concern for her safety and hoped that she reached home safely.

One user commented, "What is happening?" reflecting the confusion many people felt after watching the video.

So far, there has been no official response from the Haridwar Police. Authorities have not issued any statement on the incident at the time of reporting.
