Watch: When Rahul Gandhi was schooled by Indira Gandhi supporter not speak ill about India
Rahul Gandhi is in London and during his visit, he spoke at the Cambridge University. He spoke about the Hathras case and Pulwama attack
Rahul Gandhi who was in London to deliver a lecture at the Cambridge University was schooled by a Nehru family supporter about his views on India.
The incident took place during an interactive session, organised by the Indian Journalists' Association with the Congress leader in London.

Journalist Suresh Kumar a long standing member of the association, who is also a supporter of the Nehru family narrated to Rahul Gandhi, " your grandmother Mrs Gandhi was like an elder sister to me. She helped a great deal and she was a wonderful woman. She came here for a press conference after being imprisoned by Morarji Desai."
Kumar added, " a journalist asked her about her experience of prison in India. And she said I do not want to talking bad about India in this conference. Now, you are being constantly attacked in the Indian media for your Cambridge lecture."
"I hope you will take some lesson from what Mrs Gandhi said, because I am your well-wisher and I will like to see you become the Prime Minister of India," Kumar further said.
Rahul Gandhi was completely taken aback by this response, but the anchor Danish Khan immediately interjected and came to his rescue.
Rahul Gandhi had cried foul over the lack of foreign intervention to safeguard democracy in India.
"How would you react if something 3.5 times Europe suddenly went non-democratic? That's happened already. But there is no reaction. If we are talking about Europe, that's the thing that shocks me. There is no reaction," Rahul Gandhi said.
"There are of course course reasons for not reacting-such as trade and money. But Indian democracy is a public good. The surprising thing is that the so-called defenders of democracy such as the United States and European nations seem to be completely oblivious that a huge chunk of the democratic model has come under." Rahul Gandhi also said.
"It is a real problem. The Opposition is fighting that battle and it is not just an Indian battle. It is a battle for a huge part of the democratic peak on this planet," Rahul Gandhi said.
While delivering a lecture at Cambridge University, Rahul Gandhi spoke about the Hathras case, Pulwama attack among others. He even launched an attack on the Narendra Modi government and said that it was undermining democracy. He even said that the Pegasus software being being used to monitor his phone. There is however no concrete evidence to prove the same.
