Despite promptly alerting the restaurant staff, no action was taken. Frustration over the lack of response led the customer to inform the Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC). In response to the complaint, a notice was issued to the restaurant's owner, Alpesh Kevadiya, by the Health Department, citing serious health and hygiene violations. As a result, the restaurant's premises were sealed by officials.

Disturbing discoveries about the restaurant's hygiene were revealed in the notice from the Health Department. Reports indicated that the kitchen space was left open, allowing roadside animals to easily enter, posing a serious threat to food safety. The food was declared unsafe and the premises were sealed.

The owner was instructed to immediately rectify the issues to avoid further action and penalties. The importance of maintaining strict hygiene standards to protect customer's health was emphasized by officials. In response to the incident, a user commented, "Slightly expensive places should always be preferred."

Another user shared, "What is happening to health standards in Gujarat nowadays? I urge the Foods and Drug Department not to accept under-the-table money and not to approve such hotels." An individual expressed, "Such incidents seem to be increasing a lot these days. Almost 2/3 of places have incidents like this every day." One commenter suggested, "The hotel should be sealed."

Speaking to ANI, Bhavin Joshi, Food Safety Officer at Amdavad Municipal Corporation, said, "All business operators in Ahmedabad Corporation are urged to be extremely cautious about the food they serve to customers to prevent such incidents."

Another disturbing incident recently surfaced when a family found a dead mouse inside a sealed bottle of Hershey's chocolate syrup. The family took to Instagram to share their harrowing experience, which quickly gained widespread attention. According to their social media post, three family members who consumed the syrup had to be rushed to the hospital immediately.
