Watch: PRS Jawans Beat Up Specially-Abled Man For Asking Water
In a shocking video, the Prantiya Rakshak Dal (PRD) jawans allegedly beat up a specially-abled man on a tricycle, India Today reported.
A video of the assault incident was caught on camera and the clip has now gone viral on the internet. The video depicts the victim identified as Sachin Singh seated on his tricycle while two uniformed men beat him up.

The incident reportedly occurred on Saturday night. Chief Development Officer Ravindra Kumar has said that the department has taken cognizance of the issue and set up a team of three officers to investigate the issue.
SP Sankalp Sharma has claimed that said that the two PRD jawans had been identified as Rajendra Mani and Abhishek Singh.
The victim is recognised as 26-year-old Sachin Singh. He lost both his legs in a train accident that occurred in Mumbai in 2016. Despite this tragedy, he displays remarkable resilience as he works as a SIM seller and also serves as a delivery boy at a restaurant.
He said that spotted a turtle on the road while he was heading home. He then picked it up and brought it to a pond located near the Dugdheshwarnath temple, where he released it safely.
"After coming back from the pond, I saw the two PRD jawans on duty and asked them for some water because my hand smelled after holding a turtle," he said.
Sachin stated, "They, however, started threatening to put me in jail and beat me up. They also snatched the key to my tricycle."
However, someone recorded the incident from a terrace and shared it on social media.
