WATCH: A TN Woman Kills Dies By Throwing Herself In Front Of A Bus

In a tragic accident, a woman in Tamil Nadu reportedly killed herself by throwing herself in front of a moving bus.

The reason for her to end herself is the misinformation given to her by someone that her children would get financial assistance from the government if she is killed in an accident.

The accident was caught on the CCTV camera and the shocking clip has now gone viral. The incident occurred on June 28.

She worked as a contract cleaner at the Salem District Collectorate. She was taking care of her family since her husband left them 15 years ago.

The burden of financing her daughter's third-year education at a private engineering college, as well as her son's first-year studies in architecture at a private polytechnic college, became overwhelming. Reportedly, she reached out to various individuals seeking a loan to cover the tuition fees.

One person is believed to have informed her that the government would bear the educational expenses if she dies in an accident.

Initially, the cops believed that it was an accident but the CCTV footage indicated that she had killed herself by throwing in front of a bus.

Responding to the heart-melting incident, a user on Twitter said, "The video is haunting me from yesterday. A mother killing herself so her son will get aid money and pay his college fees . Is the college fees paid now ? Do u know any details of the family ?"

Another one said, "A mother kills herself to meet son's education expenses 😢

Being misled by someone, a mother, working as 'safai karmachari' at Collector's office in Salem, kills herself by falling into a bus to get financial assistance from the Govt to pay son's college fees of 45,000.

A mother had to kill herself to pay her son's college fees, still, are we boasting about 'development' ?! "
