New Delhi, July 20: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MP Jayadev Galla moved Motion of No Confidence against the Modi government in Parliament on Thursday. Guntur MP Jayadev Galla said it is a war against the injustice meted out to the people of Andhra Pradesh.
He said, "It is not a war between TDP and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) but between morality and majority. The motion of no confidence is against the lack of fairness, lack of trust, lack of unbiased approach towards Andhra Pradesh."
"Saga of Modi-Shah regime has been a regime of unfulfilled promises, " said Galla.
"Mr Modi while campaigning in Andhra Pradesh had said 'Congress killed the mother & saved the child. Had I have been there, I would have saved the mother too'. People of AP have waited for 4 long yrs for him to save their mother."
He alleged that Andhra Pradesh was divided unscientifically. As he said that neighbouring states received more during bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana Rashtra Samiti jumped into the well to protest.
He further said that there has been no 'vikas' under the Narendra Modi government.
