Vyapam scam: CBI conducts raids in UP, MP
New Delhi, Sep 24: The CBI on Thursday raided around 40 locations in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh in connection with the Vyapam scam, an official said.
"Among the locations where raids were conducted are Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Rewa, Jabalpur, Lucknow and Allahabad," a CBI official said.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has so far registered 83 FIRs and launched 12 preliminary inquiries into the Vyavsayik Pariksha Mandal (Vyapam), or the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) scam.
The scam that involves several admission-cum-recruitment irregularities and also has 40 deaths linked to it.
