This case is not first and will not be the last, the cameras in shopping malls and other forms of voyeurism against women are really concerning issues.

Here are some tips to ensure whether the trial room you are using is safe or not.

How to detect hidden camera in trail room?

While entering the trial room, bring out your mobile and make sure that mobile can make calls.

If you are able to make calls, then you can go-ahead without any tension.

While in the trial room, if you are not able to make call, it means there is a hidden camera This is due to the interference of fiber optic cable during the signal transfer.

How to detect 2-way mirror?

Place the tip of your fingernail against the reflective surface and if there is a gap between your fingernail and the image of the nail, then it is right mirror.

The reason for this gap is the silver which is on the back of the mirror.

But, if your fingernail directly touches the image of your nail, then it is a 2-way mirror

So remember, every time you see a mirror, do the "fingernail test."

The torch test:

To find out if the mirror is a see though, switch of the lights of the trial room and with a flash light observe the mirror closely.


If there is an observation room it will come into view.
