Virbhadra Singh's residence raided by CBI, Enforcement Directorate
Shimla, Sept 26: The Central Bureau of Investigation and the Enforcement Directorate have carried out a raid at the residence of Virbhadra Singh, the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh.
The raids were conducted at the Holly Lodge residence at Shimla this morning in connection with a disproportionate assets case. The CBI has also booked a case against Virbadra Singh.

The ED and CBI officials reached the residence of Singh this morning and carried out raids. There were five vehicles which reached the residence to conduct the raids. Singh and members of his family were however not present when the raids were being conducted.
The Enforcement Directorate is probing a case relating to disproportionate assets allegedly involving Singh and his family members. His private secretary too is being probed by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with this case, sources also informed.
Sources say that the officials who were part of the raids wanted certain documents as part of the investigation process. Several documents have been collected and only upon thorough analysis will we able to conclude about the details in them, the source also informed.
