The pilot promptly notified the Air Traffic Control in Srinagar about the perilous conditions, ensuring the flight remained under close observation until it safely landed at 6:30 PM. Remarkably, all 227 passengers and the aircrew emerged unscathed from the ordeal, and the aircraft has been declared AOG, signifying it is temporarily out of service until further notice for safety or technical reasons.

The flight and cabin crew followed established protocol and the aircraft landed safely in Srinagar. The airport team attended to the customers after arrival of the aircraft, prioritizing their well-being and comfort. The aircraft will be released post-necessary inspection and maintenance."
