Khushboo's teaching style has gained widespread attention after being shared on social media, including by IAS officers. Her use of the government's Chahak programme-an initiative aimed at reintegrating out-of-school children into formal education-has been particularly praised. By applying her training from this programme, Khushboo has managed to simplify complex geometry problems through rhymes and reduce students' stress with familiar tunes.

The Chahak programme, organised by the Indian government, focuses on educating children who are currently not enrolled in schools and encouraging their return to formal education.

Khushboo's success story quickly gained national recognition after it was shared in the Teachers of Bihar Facebook group. Her efforts have received commendation from Sanjay Kumar, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) at the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

At Prothomot Madhyamik Vidyalaya Kathoun, the Chahak FLN (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy) programme aims to foster students' interest in learning, enhance their understanding of the curriculum, and maintain regular school attendance.

Khushboo Kumari revealed that her late father was always pleased to see her happiness and encouraged her interest in dance. Her husband also supports her teaching efforts. Thanks to the Chahak programme, Khushboo continues to treat each child with personal care, which has led to a significant rise in student attendance.
