Non-bailabe warrant issued against Vijay Mallya in cheque bounce case

New Delhi, Mar 15: Fresh non-bailable warrants have been issued against liquor baron Vijay Mallya and defunct airlines Kingfisher CFO.

The warrants have been issued in connection with cheque bounce case. They have been asked to appear before court by March 29.

Non-bailabe warrant against Mallya

Five more non bailable warrants issued by 11th Magistrate Court Erramanzil judge Ranjoji yesterday against Mallya and KFA CFO.

A court in Hyderabad has also issued non-bailable warrants against now defunct Kingfisher Airlines chairman Vijay Mallya and chief financial officer A.Raghunath in an alleged cheating case.

According to reports the CBI may shortly move courts to get them served through the foreign ministry.
