Veteran actor Anupam Kher compares Yogi Adityanath to Digvijay Singh

Mumbai, Nov 5: Lashing out at Yogi Adityanath, ace actor Anupam Kher said that his comments on Shahrukh Khan were unfortunate and unprecedented. Likely to lead the 'award wapsi' march to Rashtrapati Bhavan, Kher said that Shahrukh Khan was a true Indian, he loves India and Indians love him.

Yogi Adityanath's remark is unfortunate and cheap. He is BJP's Digvijaya Singh," he said.

The statement came in light of Adityanath openly condemning Shahrukh Khan and comparing him to JUD's Hafeez Saeed. Targetting King Khan, BJP MP said that both Shahrukh and Saeed speak the same language and if the later is inviting the former to Pakistan, he should go.
