Speed:
The key difference between Vande Bharat and Vande Sadharan Express lies in their speeds. Vande Sadharan trains can achieve a maximum speed of 160 km/h, whereas Vande Bharat Express trains can reach up to 180 km/h.
Facilities:
Vande Bharat Express comprises entirely air-conditioned coaches with chair car seating and Vande Sadharan Express lacks AC facilities and features sleeper coaches.
Ticket Price
All the coaches in Vande Bharat are air-conditioned. Hence, its ticket prices are relatively higher compared to Vande Sadharan Express. For an average distance of 800 km, an AC Chair ticket on Vande Bharat costs around Rs 1800, whereas a similar distance on Vande Sadharan costs approximately Rs 600, as per the reports.

Stoppages
Vande Bharat has a limited number of stoppages between its source and destination. On the other hand, Vande Sadharan Express has a higher number of stoppages along its route.
Distance and Design
Vande Bharat covers a maximum route of 772 km, while Vande Sadharan Express can cover distances of up to 2000 km. Also, Vande Bharat Express features seats that can rotate up to 360 degrees, offering enhanced comfort and spaciousness. This design aspect is absent in Vande Sadharan train coaches.
