Uttar Pradesh Accident: Tractor Trolley Overturns In Kasganj, 34 Injured

At least 34 people have been injured after a tractor trolley overturned in the Ganjdundwara area in Uttar Pradesh's Kasganj district on Wednesday, ANI reported.

The incident occurred when people were returning after 'Ganga Snan'. However, there are no serious injuries, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP), Rajesh Kumar Bharti told ANI.

"In the Ganjdundwara PS area, several people were returning after 'Ganga Snan'. Their tractor-trolley lost control and overturned. 34 people have been injured in the incident...No one is in a critical condition," the news agency quoted ASP as saying.

The injured have been rushed to the Ganjdundwara CHC for treatment. The visuals shared by the news agency on its X account shows the injured being taken to the hospital.

Following the incident, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) and Circle Officer (CO) of the area visited the site to assess the situation. Bharati said that further investigation is underway.
