US President's Convoy Car Enters UAE Crown Prince's Hotel; Driver Detained For Protocol Breach
A private cab designated for US President Joe Biden's convoy has been detained for disobeying the rules during the G20 Summit in New Delhi.

The cab driver who was designated for US President's convoy was supposed to reach the ITC Maurya by 9:30 AM, however having plenty of time prior to his duty, he decided to take another ride as one of his customers wanted to reach the Taj Hotel and this led him land in trouble.
As the driver took a different route, the alarm bells rang that alerted the security personnel who stopped the cab driver at the Taj Hotel for breaching the protocol.
The driver said he was not aware of the security protocols.
Later he was released after being interrogated by the security personnel. However, security agencies removed him from Joe Biden's convoy.
"The driver and businessman were questioned by the official of intelligence agencies and he claimed that he was unaware of the protocol and that it was wrong to go outside during security duty," an official familiar with the matter was quoted as saying.
Security has been tightened in the national capital for the two-day G20 Summit in Bharat Mandapam, international-exhibition convention centre at Pragati Maidan inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Dog squad and mounted morchas with binoculars have also been deployed as a part of tight security. People are strictly instructed not to visit India Gate for walking or cycling. Movement of vehicles have been restricted except for ambulances that are permitted to operate.
19 nations have taken part in India's biggest event. A lunch was organised for the global leaders by PM Modi followed by dinner organised by President Droupadi Murmu that included chief ministers of all the states of the country.
