UP schools to be shut till Jan 14 due to cold
Lucknow, Jan 11: In the wake of intense cold conditions in the state, the Uttar Pradesh government today ordered closure of all schools and colleges under secondary education department till January 14.
Principal secretary Secondary Education Jitendra Kumar said that in the wake of inclement weather the government has ordered closure of all schools and colleges under the department up to class 12.
Yesterday, the government had ordered closure of schools up to class eighth.
