UP Police Constable DV Admit Card 2024 Out: Check Steps To Download And Key Dates Inside

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) has issued the UP Police Constable Document Verification (DV) Admit Card 2024, according to the Hindustan Times (HT) report. Candidates who are scheduled to attend the document verification and physical standard test (PST) can now download their admit cards from the official website, uppbpb.gov.in.

The verification process, including the physical standard test, will begin on December 26. It is part of the direct recruitment drive for constable civil police posts under the 2023 recruitment programme, covering all 75 districts in Uttar Pradesh.

Important Instructions For Candidates

Candidates are advised to carefully check their admit cards for details such as the test venue, scheduled date, and time. They must report to the exam centre at the specified time with:

1. Original documents as mentioned in the admit card.
2. A self-attested copy of these documents.

Steps To Download The Admit Card

Follow these steps to access and download your admit card:

1. Visit the official UPPBPB website at uppbpb.gov.in.
2. Click on the "UP Police Constable DV Admit Card 2024" link displayed on the homepage.
3. Enter your login credentials on the new page.
4. Click Submit to view your admit card.
5. Download and print a copy for future reference.

Examination Overview

The recruitment examination was conducted in two phases.

  • First phase: Held on August 23, 24, and 25, with approximately 28.91 lakh candidates appearing.
  • Second phase: Conducted on August 30 and 31, with around 19.26 lakh candidates participating.

Both phases featured two shifts-10 am to 12 noon and 3 pm to 5 pm.

Eligible candidates are encouraged to complete their preparations for the document verification and PST as the next phase of recruitment approaches.
